Its exterior boasts exquisite cladding, adorned with ex 16mm x 125mm tongue and groove shiplap, while sturdy framing of ex 45mm x 38mm timber ensures structural integrity. Topping it all is a polyester felt roof, providing reliable protection from the elements.
Step inside to discover a world of wonder, where a tongue and groove floor, supported by treated bearers at every 300mm, offers a solid foundation for playtime adventures. Sunlight streams through two Georgian-style windows, fitted with Perspex panes and adorned with charming window boxes and shutters. The entrance beckons with a quaint stable door, adorned with black antique hinges, 'D' handles, and a ball catch. Adding to the allure, a set of double doors, complete with matching antique hardware, stand ready to welcome visitors. Deposits
We ask for a 30% deposit with your order, please note cleared funds will be required approximately 10 days before delivery and/or erection of your Summer House.
Balance Payments
We require the balance payment a week prior to delivery of the building, this is normally taken when we call you up to arrange a delivery day and can be paid by Debit Card or Credit Card whilst on the phone or we can provide our BACS details.
