The Heavy Duty Pent Workshop is a robust and versatile structure, crafted with high-quality materials to ensure longevity and functionality. The exterior features ex 16mm x 125mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, providing a durable and attractive finish. The workshop's framework is constructed with ex 75mm x 50mm timber throughout, ensuring a solid and stable build. The roof is covered with EPDM laid over tongue and groove boards, offering excellent weather resistance. The base is constructed with tongue and groove boards supported by 45mm x 38mm treated bearers, set at 300mm centres for added strength and stability.
The workshop includes two windows: one top-hung opening window and one fixed window, both glazed to allow natural light into the space. Access is through a pair of superior double doors, approximately 1500mm wide, fitted with a mortice sash lock and heavy-duty BZP ironmongery for security. The entire structure is dip-treated with a light brown, spirit-based preservative to protect against weathering. The workshop's front height is approximately 2.40m, sloping down to a back height of approximately 1.90m, ensuring adequate headroom and a sleek, modern appearance.
