Large wooden structure perfect for the car or as a workshop
This building is available for viewing at our display site at Longwater Business Park. We welcome you to visit us, to explore and discover your ideal timber building. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
Garages make an ideal dual-purpose building. They give extra storage space, but still leave room to park the family car out of the rain. They also make perfect workshops with their 3" x 2" framing and high head room.
The garage features high-quality tongue and groove shiplap cladding for durability and visual appeal, with a sturdy ex 75mm x 50mm timber frame for robustness. The roof has heavy-duty felt over tongue and groove boards, ensuring excellent weather resistance. Designed to be bolted down to a suitable base, it does not include a pre-installed floor. It has two glazed windows—one fixed and one top-hung opening for ventilation.
The secure garage doors include a throw lock and handle set with heavy-duty ironmongery. A superior personnel door is fitted with a mortice sash lock and BZP ironmongery. Gutters and downpipes on both sides manage rainwater efficiently. Treated with a light brown, spirit-based preservative, the timber is protected from weathering. The garage provides ample headroom with eaves at 2.20m and a ridge height of 2.80m, offering generous storage space and a comfortable interior.
